Frequently Asked Questions

No there is no minimum order limit for our products.

Once your order is placed, we will pick your order at our warehouse and then we will send you the final price (including Shipping).  After we receive payment your order will be sent.

If an item you have received is damaged in some way, you can contact us and we can organise an exchange or credit for your account. This will require photographic proof of the damages. If an item is missing from your order please get in contact with us within 7 days.

Please feel free to call the office for any stock inquires. We usually keep the website up to date with stock levels though.

No, we do not currently sell to individuals. We only sell to business for retail use.

Yes we do ship internationally.

We currently use Bluestar, Startrack and TNT for our shipping requirements.
